Shake Shack: New York Penn Station

Inside of New York’s iconic Penn Station, the newly renovated corridor welcomed back Shake Shack after a period of construction and refabrication. Shake Shack took this opportunity to refresh the look and feel of the Penn Station shack, along with adding new digital menu boards and a fully flushed out breakfast program. Along with the menus, I worked with Holly Wampler to create the display merchandising for this location’s breakfast pastries.
