Baita New Year’s Day Brunch Menu

Baita was an alpine-inspired and winter themed pop-up restaurant at Eataly NYC Flatiron, named after the Italian word for a ski lodge. Its menu reflected northern Italian (Piemontese) cuisine, and this special brunch prix fixe menu was featured there on New Year’s Day 2017.
